Blueberry picking

A friend of mine in Florence and I went blueberry picking. The blueberries were huge and gorgeous and tasty. I don't care how big of a blueberry it is it still takes forever to pick them. Especially with no husbands, 90 degree weather, and children. It made for a long day. Plus we drove like 3 hours away for these blueberries. But they were so worth it and were only $1.10 a pound.
McKylee kept crawling off the blanket and getting poked by sticks or sitting in blueberries that had fallen on the ground. Eventually she got strapped into her car seat and I got her light muslin cloth blanket wet and set it next to her to keep her cool so she would take a darn nap.
The kids helped me for a little while. Natalia probably helped longer than any other child.

We went to a place with hundreds of Monarch butterflies. It was pretty cool.
