Clean Eating

So we are trying this new meal planner. It's called emeals.com. So far I love it.
1. I don't have to come up with meals, it does it for me and then emails me the menu once a week with recipes and everything.
2. It gives me a grocery list once a week of everything i will need, how much of it i need and what meals it is for.
3. I love the recipes and it's helping us eat healthier.
You can choose different plans. We chose clean eating because that's what I like and it has a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. Plus lots of different types of recipes.
They have other plans like organic, gourmet, classic, vegeterian, low calorie, low carb, etc.
The soup was white bean and kale soup and it was soooooo good. My kids even loved it. Oh with the recipes there's always a main dish and a side dish. It's seriously so freakin amazing. Our meals have been so colorful lately, we don't have a ton of leftovers or food going bad in the fridge because we forget to use something we bought. If I really want to I can switch out recipes here and there because some days I might not like something. Like tonight we are supposed to have pork shoulder roast with cabbage and a quinoa side salad. I'm still doing the salad but i hate, no i loath cooked cabbage so we are going to have baked salmon with pesto and feta on top since we have salmon in the freezer and pesto and feta left in the fridge from a couple of nights ago. Also that salmon was so AMAZING I want it again. It sounds expensive but it really isn't because you aren't buying stuff that you might or might not use. You know what you need exactly. Then you go grocery shopping once a week to get those items. I never buy feta and "fancy" stuff like that because i'm poor and cheep but i am saving money doing this.

Just some cute pictures

McKylee loves her lamb

Grandma Morgenegg sent this stuffed lamb to McKylee and she loves to attack it. It's super cute.

 Jessica made her headband

Jaden and Natalia never drooled or spit up. McKylee is making up for them because she is always doing one or the other and sucking on her hands.
She rolls over all the time or lays on her side so she can see things. She also knows how to arch her back and pivot herself in a circle. She is growing up way to fast.

Elder Drake

My brother Nathan Drake is a missionary. For those of you who haven't heard or would like to actually see pictures this is for you. Nathan is currently in the MTC and is going to the Denver Colorado South mission. We also have a second cousin in the same mission, and realtives and friends that live in that mission. I can't tell you how excited I am that he is going on a mission. I made a cake for him and my mom has more pictures that look better simply because I was running out the door when I took these pictures. I will get the pictures from my mom and post them later. The other pictures of Nathan are the ones my mom emailed from Utah.

 Drake is so Stinkin cute!!!!!!!!
Sorry mom and Cheryl but i had to put this picture up.

Aquarium

In Newport there's this really cool aquarium. It's where "Free Willy" was for a long time. His real name is Keko but most people don't know that I've found out. I remember going there when he was there and loved it. It's kinda spendy but there's so much cool stuff there. The kids liked it and it was nice to go when it's not tourist season because it's not super busy but the downside is they are working on some stuff right now.
They have turned the whale tank into a shark tank. It's filled with all sorts of sharks. You walk through a glass tunnel so it's super cool to see them swimming under you and over you. They don't have any hammerheads or anything like that but it's still super cool. When we were there the amateur   divers were cleaning the tanks which was cool. In the larger shark tank we got to see professional divers repairing the glass. They have on the really cool fancy oxygen helmets. I should have taken a picture. The lady that was in there said that the sharks like to rub there teeth along the rubber parts that attach the sections of glass and tear it apart so they were in there repairing it so it doesn't leak. The kids though it was super cool and they waved to us. There hands were super pruny from being in there for so long. Normally you would wear gloves but since they were repairing something they couldn't

The tide pool. It's full of sea urchins, eneminies, and star fish

 The kids wouldn't tough anything.

The largest crabs in the world. They are super ugly. They find them in Japan or somewhere like that.
Cool Jellyfish. We see Jellyfish all the time wash up on shore but they are never alive obviously. Its usually just pieces of them.
