So in other news we have been insanley busy here. I now have 6 piano/voice students. Right now I don't teach on Saturday, Sunday, Monday. So when Tyson gets home I got teach for an hour or so. Then this month on Tuesday nights I go straight from teaching piano to flotones (a local jazz group) rehearsal where i am playing the piano for them. Then I go straight to the gym for an hour before they close. On wednesday I watch a freinds kids while she helps out at the school then she watches my kids for an hour later in the day so I can go teach a little earlier those days. I go home for about an hour. Just enough time to finish up dinner, plate it, and run out the door to go play piano for the musical that will be going on in november. I have to skip the gym on wednesdays right now. Thursday and Friday I have students and go to the gym. Saturday I have pit orchestra rehearsal for the musical. I am currently the primary chorister and the ward choir director. I was asked to sub on the organ two weeks which was interesting but turned out ok. I have also been asked once to sub on piano for another church in the community which I got paid to do. That was an enlightning experience. I have been asked to play for a multi-faith choir for march for lent. I haven't decided yet if I'm going to do it but I might. McKylee is walking. She gets into everything. Oh my goodness it's crazy. I think I won't be decorating my christmas tree this year between my new crazy cat and her.
Tyson is currently the sunday school president and the young mens president. Yes, he is doing both. He still loves his job which is good because I love it here in Florence, I don't want to go anywhere anytime soon.

Pumpkin Patch

Since we are only and hour and a half from my parents and an hour from eugene we go over every two weeks. We do our grocery shopping, watch the duck game and just hang out. We save quite a bit driving over there and shopping at WINCO. The only grocery stores we have here are Fred Meyer and Safeway. Fred Meyer has really good sales when they have a sale but your everyday needs can add up fast. Well this last time we went we got to go the pumpkin patch. I love the pumpkin patch and it was a beautiful fall day.
Everyone got there pumpkins including my mom and I.

I know my mom was excited to go with us but I think it was more that she was relieved that she didn't have to go to work at all on that day. That's a rare thing. I think this was the first time since we moved back.

Pretty sure Natalia and Grandpa are attached at the hip. She loves her grandpa and his chair and her special blanket at the house. My dad calls her peanut.

So I had to put all the pictures up so I had proof that everyone was kind of smiling in at least one of them.

And then the one that Natalia is finally not glaring my moms eyes are closed.

McKylee loves all animals except for ponies. Yep that one didn't go over well.
So we looked at the chickens instead.

I love these pictures. She has such a personality and she is just so cute. She is almost a year old now. It's s crazy. Did you know goats love to eat giant pumpkins. We were walking around and they have all these pumpkins that have been chewed on and then we saw the goat jump the fence and start munching away. The pumpkin behind McKylee was one of the many.

 McKylee loves food.

 Pumpkin cake. yumm

 She wasn't going to share
 Some fluffy geese

My white pumpkin.

Heceta Head Lighthouse

While Temala and her family were here we did tons of things. We went out to eat, crabbing and to the lighthouse 10 miles away. I'm glad the lighthouse is open again so we were able to go inside and see it. It's such a pretty lighthouse. I did make it up the stairs. I also went down the stairs very quickly never letting go of the wall or railing.

This is a trail to a beach called hobbit beach. It is one of the prettiest places I have ever been. I wish we could have gone on more pretty hikes but this one was gorgeous and it was such an amazing weekend here. It was sunny and warm and there was no wind. That combination is rare here. This trail goes down to the beach on the north side of the lighthouse. You have to walk through a sand tunnel of sorts at the very end. It's so amazing.

After some squealing done by Temala and I we were informed that this was a sand crab. The reason we squealed was because his shell is still soft. If you didn't know crabs molt. All crabs do. So usually between march and august if you were to go crabbing the crabs have soft shells. They say the best crabbing is done during the months that end in er. November seems to be the best time around here I think. We have been three times now this year and have caught lots of crab. Three of them were big enough but all females (you can only keep males). We have had hundreds of little ones. Next year will be a better crabbing season I can already tell.
