Lots to Say

I have not been on the blog for a while now. It has been crazy here. We have had 4 babies born in the last month in our ward and two more coming here in the next couple of weeks. I have had dinners and baby blankets coming out my ears. Before I get into anything else let me explain my pictures. This is our new stove. Natalia was playing by the old stove one day and stuck her fingers on the drawer and got two little blisters from being burnt so our tax returns came and whent very fast. I love this stove and how easy it is to clean up. What a life saver.
Natalia is going to be 1 in three weeks. How depressing. I want her to stay tiny forever. I want to try making a differant type of cake and was browsing on the internet and came across this cake. So, I am going to attempt to make this for Natalias first birthday, I don't know how I will do the butterfly and I want to put a real Tiarra on the top and then someday she can use it for dress up. This is a picture of a picture if you want to see a better picture her is the url for it http://blog.pinkcakebox.com/princess-themed-1st-birthday-cake-2008-07-07.htm
I made Natalias easter dress and it turned out so cute. My mom got her a really cute easter basket last year and it has yellow on it, so I made a yellow dress to match. The first picture is of the back of it and the second picture is of the whole outfit (I didn't make the shoes, headband, or cardigan. Those are all from the fabulous store in the mall) I can't wait to see her in it she is going to be so cute.

This picture is of a dress I made for myself. It looks alot better on a person but I refuse to post any pictures of myself until I have lost a total of 20 pouns. I am three pounds away and am kind of stuck but I say that and then I lose another two or more pounds the next week.
Other things that are going on aren't much. I am busy with my calling and helping other people out with music stuff here and there.
School is going pretty good but just like everywhere we are facing some pretty bad budget cuts. Our district alone is facing a 1.2 million cut and we are better of the 95% of the schools in the state of Idaho. They haven't made any decisions yet as to what they are going to do but some of the things on the table are 4% pay cut which is pretty set in stone by the state, cutting cross country, soccer, baseball, softball, and golf. Not happy about that idea. Cutting 15% of the music budget which it sounds like that is going to happen and lots of other stuff. They are looking into a 4 day school week and all day kindergarten which is what Rigy school district is allready doing and that's what Jaden will have next year. We will see what happens. I just am really greatful that I still have a job and they really aren't looking at cutting teachers or staff yet. That's the last thing they want to do. Especially where technicaly we should be adding teachers next year because we are moving up a division. (We will be 4a)
We signed Jaden up for AYSO soccer and he is so excited. I hope he stays excited because it cost $56, and we still need soccer shoes, mom, dad. Maybe a birthday present?
Next week is Spring Break for me. Yahoo!!!! I am going to go to Salt Lake fore two days and see Amber. Jaden thinks we are going just to give her cookies. I am not making a 3 hour drive just to deliver cookies to someone. i am so excited for Spring Break it is much needed right now.
Natalia is 11 months old now and I don't know how much she weighs. I just know that she is still in 6-9 month clothing and is just so cute. She has a little spunky attitude but we love it. She is crawlling of course like crazy and gets into everything. She has a morning routine. When I set her down she crawls to the front room, takes bobble head hello kitty and plays with her for a second or two and throws here, then she stands up and throws all the cd cases across the room, (yes I said standing), then she goes to her high chair and throws all that out and then she is content to play with everyting she has thrown on the floor. She is standing up and she lets go of what ever is supporting her sometims. If we give her the little dolly stroller that Grandma Morgenegg got her for Christmas she will walk about 10 steps. She just isn't confident to let go yet. We've tried to get her to walk from one person to the other but she gets so excited she can't even see straight.
I have a performance in Firth (45 minutes away from my house) tomorrow and a funeral that I am supposed to make jello for so I should probably go and make the jello and then go to bed.

Curious George Cake

I made my friend Temalas son a birthday cake this year. This was my second request for curious george. I made one for Jaden for his 3rd birthday, it was curious george popping out from under the yellow hat. I really should keep all the stencils I use but they get so destroyed by the end. I have now made a turtle, cow, curious george x2, stegasorous (a dinasour), and thomas the train. I am trying something differant for Natalias cake. It will be a tall skinny cake with three tiers and a tiarra on top. I am going to try fondant because of some future stuff coming up that I want to use fondant for. Oh, and don't tell Jaden but I am planning on doing Scoobey Doo this year for his birthday. Thank goodness we will be in Oregon so my mom can help me:) I should probably post pictures of the other cakes I have done. I will have to do that sometime. I am rather proud of them even though my mom look ten times better than mine ever will.

This is Curious George with the baby panda. Your little ones will know exactly what episode that is. George gets lost in the zoo and lets all the animals out trying to find his way out and then puts them all back but in the wrong places. The giraffes end up in the bat cave, the muskrats end up in the panquins cage. Kind of silly.

Poor Natalia

So, her little rash has come back full force and they really don't know what it is. I called today and he said he just can't imagine it being hives but maybe it is and we are mission something. Not meaning me but the doctors as well.
So, where do we go from here? We continue to give her the steroid medicines cremes and oral medication and if it is not gone by Thursday we have an appointment for a skin biobsy. I am really not looking forward to this so everyone keep baby Natalia in your prayers that we will be able to figure this out or that it will go away and we will not have to go to the doctors on Thursday.
On top of everyting she got a fever today. Not extremely high but a fever is a fever and she isn't my baby.

14 Pounds

I know it isn't a huge loss but I have oficially lost 14 pounds as of today. I didn't loose any weight last week and I was pretty discouraged. I'm afraid that my body is going to start to slow down on the weight loss. I am still cutting calories and working out for about and hour and a half total. For a couple of days I was working out for 2 hours plus and I think I was proabably working out to hard. I know this sounds odd but I love to work out and I love to push myself to that ultimate limit of exhaustion. It feels so great to me. But, I think I need to calm my excitement down some and not over do it in the working out area.

The previous post and all the pictures are mixed up for some reason and I am to lazy to fix it. I'm sure you can figure out which caption goes with which picture.

Crazy Girl

This morning when I pulled Natalia out of bed this is what her hair looked like. She had pig tails in last night and the combined squirrming of Natalia in the night resulted in this crazy hair.

My Mom sent a valentines package and it had this cute princess tiara in it. It fits Natalias personality perfectly!

Cheryl got her this cute outfit and I put little pig tails in with flowers. The flowers lasted about as long as the picture being taken and then she discovered them. She likes to play with her head bands and hair bows, not wear them. As you can see she is crawling now and pulling herslef up. In fact she stood alone the other day for about 5 seconds. let me tell you she is distructive. Every morning she crawls to the front room and throws all the cd cases off the shelf. Then she goes to the mail basket and pull all that out, then she goes to the high chair and pulls all that out. It's becoming her little routine.

She stole Jadens apple slices that he left on a plate at Natalias level.
