 Natalia loves to draw, paint, color, do puzzles, create. she is in her new clothes from her birthday. I don't think the hello kitty hat has come off since monday.

She loves the jewlery box Great Grandma Drake got her.

Natalias Birthday

 I can't believe my little girl is four. She almost killed me coming into our family. Heck she almost killed herself. I will never forget that day. I remember like it was yesterday. So here is her fourth birthday cake. My parents came to florence and my grandparents came all the way from medford to celebrate. We had Dr. Seuss fettucine. What is that? I colored the noodles hot pink, yellow, and orange then we had fettucine sauce with broccoli and asparagus in it. The cake wasn't super fancy but I have been super busy and I was happy with the way it turned out.

 That's the best I have ever written on a cake. My hand killed at the end because I think my frosting was a little to thick.

 I made the lorax out of fondant. I was excited how he turned out. My cake decorating skills are getting better and better. My mom is still way better at it but she's a better artist.

 Natalia loves the Lorax. I'm pretty sure we have the movie memorized. So naturally for her birthday we had a lorax theme. If you haven't watched the movie or read the book you won't understand most of this. I highly recommend doing one of those.

New Car

 Tyson got me a new car. OK new to me. It is a 2000 ford expedition eddie bauer edition. I love it because it has leather seats and isn't a mini van. We got a screaming deal on it so what was the first thing we did? Take it apart. The heater wasn't working. So we pulled apart the front dash and replaced it just to find out that one more thing needs replaced to get it to work the motor that opens the door for the heat to come in is broken. So it still doesn't work but I did learn how to replace a heater. I should probably take pictures of the actual car eventually.

Oregon Coast

 When Amber and Micheal came to visit we went to the ocean. It was the prettiest, warmest day I have ever had on the Oregon Coast. We went at ten in the morning and the tide was really far out so the kids got to see millions of starfish piled on the north jetty.

 The kids loved splashing in the puddles that were left behind when the tide went out.

 Since it was so nice this day I put McKylee down and let her touch the sand for the first time. She wasn't so sure about it but it didn't bothre her that much either.
